Indianapolis, Ind., — Crispus Attucks boys varsity basketball team is kicking off the weekend with a home game on Friday night against the Indianapolis Washington Continentals.
Tip-off is scheduled for 7:30 PM EST, with Royce King, Nathan Boudreaux, and Kevin McMichel as your crew of officials.

The visiting Continentals of Indianapolis George Washington High School (10-13, 1-4 IPS) fell to Scecina Memorial on Tuesday, 81-69. The Continentals will close out the season with two road tests against fellow Indianapolis Public Schools (IPS) Crispus Attucks and Broad Ripple. Washington is guided by Head Coach Charles Graybiel.
Led by Head Coach Chris Hawkins, the Crispus Attucks Tigers (13-4) are coming off a 98-62 victory over Speedway High School, in which five players reached double-digits. Senior Derrick Briscoe led the charge with 19 points and 9 rebounds, while Jamal Harris and Harold Bennett each tallied 14 points in the win. The Tigers return to action on their home floor Friday.

Greensburg, Ind., — The Pirates of Greensburg Community High School have a home conference game against the Lawrenceburg High School Tigers. Get your fix of varsity girls basketball action tonight, when the two teams face off in an Eastern Indiana Athletic Conference match-up for the EIAC Title.

The visiting Tigers led by Head Coach Zane White, are 19-2 on the season and 6-1 in conference play. Lawrenceburg defeated Madison, 45-33 in nonconference play yesterday in preparation for tonight’s road test.
After defeating conference rival Batesville, 63-45 on Jan. 20, the Lady Pirates (18-3, 7-0 EIAC) are back in action tonight as they host Lawrenceburg on senior night. Greensburg is coached by Jason Simpson.

Memphis, Tenn., — The LeMoyne-Owen (LOC) men’s and women’s basketball teams return to Jerry C. Johnson Court against Benedict College (BC), Saturday, Nov. 25.
Saturday’s doubleheader will open SIAC play, as the Magicians look to start off on a good note versus the Tigers.
Tip-off is set for 5:30 PM (WBB), with the men following at 7:30 PM CT.
The Lady Tigers (0-4) dropped their fourth straight game, Tuesday, falling 61-51 to Augusta University Lady Jaguars. After a slow start to the season, the reigning SIAC Champions, look to turn things around by opening conference play with a win at LOC. Benedict is led by freshman forward Ay’Anna Bey, who is averaging 12.5 ppg and 7.3 rpg.
The Lady Magicians (1-3) put an end to their losing streak Tuesday, with an 88-84 road victory over Concordia Lady Hornets. With a victory under their belt, the Lady Magicians aim to keep it going and take care of home court in back-to-back SIAC action Saturday and Monday.
On the men’s side, LOC (2-3) fell to Clayton State Lakers in a tough 86-83, battle on Monday, Nov. 20. The Magicians had another solid shooting night, but were outrebounded 40-27 by the Lakers. In a showdown of the purple and gold, LeMoyne looks to put an end to Bendict’s (6-0) early winning streak. The Tigers are coming off an 83-79 win over Augusta.
