Magic vs. Nets Preview

BROOKLYN, NY — The Orlando Magic (1-0) travel to play the Brooklyn Nets (0-1) at Barclays Center.

Magic forward Aaron Gordon is questionable (sore left ankle).

Six Magic players scored in double figures on opening night in route to a 116-109 win over the Miami Heat. Led by Evan Fournier 23 points and Nikola Vucevic 19 points, 13 rebounds, the Magic sit atop the Southeast Division.

Nets guard Jeremy Lin will miss the remainder of the season due to knee injury (patellar tendon rupture) on Wednesday night.

Seven Nets players recorded double figure scoring for a balanced attack, despite coming up short in a 140-131 lost to the Indiana Pacers. Nets, newcomer, D’Angelo Russell went off for 30 points (12/22 FG, 4/8 3PM, 2/2 FT) and 5 assists.
