With the season series tied 1-1, the final match-up between the Connecticut Sun (13-9) and the Washington Mystics (13-9) is up for grabs tonight at 7:00 p.m. ET, in the Verizon Center.

The Sun kicked off the second half of the season Tuesday at home, with a win over Chicago, 93-72. Connecticut was led by Alyssa Thomas who scored 20 points, 9 rebounds, and 5 assists in the teams victory. Courtney Williams and Jasmine Thomas each tallied 17 on the night, while Jonquel Jones added 12 points and 10 rebounds. The Sun and the Mystics continue to battle for the No. 1 spot in the Eastern Conference as playoff season approaches.

Luckily for the Mystics, their star player Elena Delle Donne has returned just in time, as she put up 29 points and 10 rebounds in the victory over San Antonio, Tuesday. Washington has now won two straight games and looks to make it three tonight, before hitting the road to face Atlanta, Sunday. The Mystics are 8-2 at home, while the Sun are just 7-6 on the road.
