Facing off in their first meeting of the season, the Dallas Wings will host the Atlanta Dream tomorrow evening at 8 p.m. ET, in the College Park Center.
The Wings, who are 8-9 overall have won four of their last five games, but are coming off a tough 89-69 loss to the Seattle Storm. Glory Johnson led Dallas in the teams loss with 18 points and 10 rebounds. Johnson, the teams overall leading rebounder, was assisted by Skylar Diggins-Smith who added 13 points, 4 assists, and 3 steals. The Wings hope to get back on track with a home win over the Dream before seeing them again on Sunday, at the McCamish Pavilion.
The Dream look to carry the momentum of Sunday’s victory over the New York Liberty, into tomorrows match-up against Dallas. With a 6-7 overall record, the Dream look to improve on the road before returning home to face the Indiana Fever, Friday night. In the Dreams victory over New York, Brittney Sykes led Atlanta with 19 points and 9 rebounds. Layshia Clarendon also added 15 points and 9 assists.
